Hope Together CIC exists to stand alongside people during difficult periods and to help build the everyday connections that make communities resilient.
Who we are
Hope Together CIC is a community interest company based in London and working with communities across the UK. We were formed by people with direct experience of community work who saw the same pattern repeatedly: individuals and families falling through the gaps between services, and neighbourhoods full of goodwill that had no easy way to reach the people who needed it.
A community interest company is a form of business set up specifically to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. That structure shapes everything we do. Our measure of success is not profit, it is whether the people and communities we work with are better supported, better connected and better placed to shape their own futures.
Our purpose
We support individuals, families and communities through practical support, empowerment, inclusion and opportunities that help people build better and more secure futures. In practice that means mentoring a young person, sitting with a parent while they make a difficult phone call, welcoming someone new to the country, providing food during a hard week, or simply making sure an isolated neighbour hears a friendly voice.
We are not a replacement for statutory services, and we say so clearly. Where specialist help is needed, we help people understand their options and connect them to the right organisation. Where the need is for consistency, patience and a human presence, that is where we do our best work.

We are committed to working transparently, to safeguarding the wellbeing of everyone we work with, to protecting personal information, and to being led by the priorities of the communities we serve rather than by assumptions made on their behalf.

We are honest about what we can and cannot do, we keep our commitments, and we handle information carefully and confidentially.
Community
Communities already hold enormous knowledge and goodwill. Our role is to strengthen and connect what is there.

As a community interest company, our purpose is community benefit, and we hold ourselves accountable to the people we serve.
