Hope Together CIC — Building stronger, healthier and more connected communities.

Volunteer

Give your time, skills and experience where they are genuinely needed

Volunteers are central to everything Hope Together CIC does. Whether you can offer an hour a fortnight or a regular commitment, there is a way to contribute.

Why volunteer with us

Volunteering with Hope Together CIC means real contact with your local community. You will meet people from many different backgrounds, you will see the direct effect of consistency and kindness, and you will be part of a small team that takes its responsibilities seriously.

We ask for honesty about your availability rather than heroic promises. Reliability matters far more to the people we support than the number of hours given.

What we offer volunteers

  • A proper induction and clear expectations before you start
  • Ongoing support from someone in the team
  • Safeguarding guidance appropriate to your role
  • Agreed reasonable out-of-pocket expenses
  • Flexibility around your other commitments
  • A reference once you have volunteered with us for a reasonable period

Volunteering roles

Roles vary with demand and location. If none of these fit but you would still like to help, tell us what you can offer and we will talk it through.
