Hope Together CIC — Building stronger, healthier and more connected communities.

What We Do

Practical support across seven connected areas of community need

Our work is deliberately joined up. Someone who comes to us for one kind of help should never have to start again from the beginning to access another.

  • Consistent, trusted adult support
  • Confidence, communication and life skills
  • Encouragement with education, training and work goals
